Social work is a difficult job.  Without the proper supervisory support as well as positively structured work environment, the job is even more difficult.  This can lead to poor outcomes for clients and low morale or worker burnout.   To successfully tackle this issue, administrators can use tools and put different processes and policies in place to ensure a work environment that promotes a healthy and ethical atmosphere.

Time: Registration begins at 4:30 p.m.; Speaker begins at 5 p.m. and concludes at 8:15 p.m.

Location: Virtual Webinar via Zoom

Important Information: The login information and handouts will be emailed to registrants prior to the class. The proctor of the class and print a screen shot of the attendees on the webinar periodically.  We will run questions through the ”chat” on Zoom, and will email certificates directly to registrants after the filled out evaluation is returned.
