  • Place a fully refundable $1,000 deposit and complete a Confidential Data Application.
  • Finalize your new home selection and complete your deposit with a fully refundable 10% of your entrance fee.
  • Your future home at Stella Maris is reserved and your entrance fee is locked in at pre-construction savings! No further payments are due until you actually move to the community.
